Has completed extensive number if hours in orthodontic-orthopedic education, and has demonstrated an ability to apply their knowledge in completing patient care. Longer-term member who has even more extensive educational experience in orthopedic-orthodontic courses and has demonstrated more advanced abilities in completing patient treatment. Has completed a dissertation, taken a written and oral exam, and documented an advanced ability to complete patient care, especially treatment with the Crozat.

Board Eligible Member

Has completed extensive number if hours in orthodontic-orthopedic education, and has demonstrated an ability to apply their knowledge in completing patient care.
